5. File Uploads and Confidentiality
Files uploaded through our website (designs, drawings, CAD models, etc.) are treated as strictly confidential.
- Files are transmitted securely (via HTTPS) and stored only for as long as necessary to review or quote the project.
- We delete design files after 90 days unless a project is ongoing or legally required to retain them longer.
- Uploaded content is never shared with third parties unless necessary to perform the service (e.g., a manufacturing partner bound by confidentiality).
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary:
- Contact and quote data: up to 2 years after last interaction
- Project or order data: 7 years (for accounting purposes, per Dutch tax law)
- Uploaded design files: 90 days, unless otherwise agreed
After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
7. Data Sharing and Sub-Processors
We only share data with trusted service providers who support our operations, such as:
- Web hosting and IT support providers
- Email and cloud storage services (within the EU or under adequate protection)
- Manufacturing or logistics partners involved in fulfilling your request
All such parties are bound by data processing agreements (verwerkersovereenkomsten) and cannot use your data for their own purposes.
We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

Delivery dates are indicative; risk passes on delivery. Liability limited to invoiced amount or insurance coverage. Dutch law applies, Rotterdam court has jurisdiction.
